I, and Gillian Mayer are holding our next day Retreat at Eagles Rock, Carlingford on Saturday the 1st April 2023.
​
This Retreat house is situated in a lush, green valley surrounded by the mystical Cooley mountains. With an awe-inspiring view from every window, you will feel your cares and worries melt away as soon as you arrive!
​
The day starts at
10.30am with a warm welcome and herbal tea.
​
11am Funky flow/meditation with Gillian.
​
1pm Delicious vegan lunch.
​
2.30pm scenic walking meditation. (Bring your hiking shoes!)
​
3.30pm tea and Vegan cake.
​
4pm to 5.30pm Yin/sound bath meditation with Susan.
​
