Myself and Gillian Mayer are holding our next day Retreat at Eagles Rock, Carlingford on Sunday the 24th March 2024.
​
Treat yourself to our one day Yoga Retreat, where Gillian will guide you through an amazing energetic funky flow followed by meditation. Then enjoy delicious homemade vegan food, walking meditation, and a relaxing afternoon of Yin and soundbath with Susan.

The day starts at
10.30am with a warm welcome and herbal tea.
​
11 am flow/meditation with Gillian.
​
1pm Delicious vegan lunch.
​
2.30pm scenic walking meditation. (Bring your hiking shoes!)
​
3.30pm tea and Vegan cake.
​
4pm to 5.30pm Yin Yoga with sound bath with Susan.
​
